What is your return policy? If your RR product wasn't a good fit, please reach out to support@redheadrevolution.us with the name associated with the order and the products you'd like to return within 30 days of purchase and we'll take care of the rest. For exchanges, we just require you to cover shipping for the shade or product exchange. This applies to all products with the exception of RedheadGEAR. All clothing and accessory sales are final.
What is your shipping policy? 

Domestic Shipping is $5.95 to anywhere in the U.S. If your order is $75+, shipping is free! If you need your makeup faster, we have an expedited option although there are no guarantees.

We ship worldwide! Shipping ranges between $14 and up depending on location. At checkout you will have the option to choose International Standard or Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. Choosing DDP means that your shipping fee at checkout also includes any taxes/duties so that there will be less customs issues and no hidden fees charged later at the delivery point. Otherwise you will be responsible for duties/customs at delivery.

Please be aware that shipping times aren’t what they used to be and delays are common. We do our best to ship out from our warehouse within 1-3 days of your order being placed but we have no control over the timing once it’s been shipped out. **If you need your package expedited or if you need it by a specific date (even if you think you're ordering with enough of a time buffer), please reach out before placing an order and let us know your timeline. 

 

Are your products Cruelty-Free? Yes! All of our products are Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty-Free.
