Problem with your order?

Redhead Revolution is committed to giving you premium products. If you have received a defective or damaged item, no worries: we offer an easy exchange or refund. Contact us within 30 days of the when it was shipped. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped as soon as the defective/damaged one is received.

If an item simply does not work for you (i.e. wrong color mascara or foundation), we offer full store credit so you can find one that does.
